The 360 Global Project systems allow seamless production of the ‘Fabrication Details’ as a continuation of the project development, ready for construction.

All 3D model files contain the associated data for each individual item. This includes dimensional information and materials. This item data is also enhanced to include item numbers (position numbers), and project Area Designations.

During the “DED”, Detail Engineering Design, the Models are checked for consistency with the engineering design and coordinated with all other associated engineering disciplines, including the elimination of any clashes.

Individual item detail and assembly drawings are generated directly from the 3D models which insures consistency with the project design, eliminating any duplication of the checking, by a third party. This seamless transition to the Fabrication Detailing is a very significant cost saving to the project, both in Project Schedule Timing and extra personnel costs.

Fabrication Detailing includes each of the following disciplines; Structural Steelwork, Platework (Chutes, Tanks, Hoppers), Piping Isometrics, Concrete Rebar Scheduling.
