The core primary ingredients for a successful project are to firstly develop the Project Process Design and 2D Layouts.
360 Global strictly adheres to this principal, never prematurely jumping into the more detailed 3D Modeling and Database DED, Detail Engineering Design
Process Design and 2D Layouts
All project documentation goes through a rigorous checking procedure. However 360 Global has developed a multi phase checking procedure utilising “Navisworks”. This procedure includes full 3D model and data coordination, clash detection and client review and approval. Once all 3D Models, Drawing, Calculations and associated design and BOM Spreadsheets have been completely checked, “Fit For Purpose”, the full set of documents shall be “IFC, Issued For Construction”. The overall project documentation spreadsheet shall also be “IFC” , for document coordination. Associated Weekly Report, Schedule Item List, Schedule GanttChart and Schedule Summary shall be IFC, 100% completion
